Additionally, it has two single beds or a double bed, depending on the needs of each stay.



Located in a very well-situated residential area and very close to the beach, the studio stands out for its beautiful sea views and for offering everything necessary for a practical and comfortable stay. It features air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, high-speed wifi, Smart TV and mosquito nets throughout the property, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.



The American kitchen, modern and functional, is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware so you can prepare your meals comfortably. It also has a washing machine, iron and hair dryer, providing even more comfort during your stay.



Another of its great attractions is that the building has three communal swimming pools and a children's pool, as well as a garden, which makes it a very interesting option for both couples and small families. The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the owners' community, and may vary depending on the season or internal decisions.



The location is excellent for discovering Benalmádena and its surroundings. Within a few minutes you will find beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, Parque de la Paloma, Selwo Marina, Golf Torrequebrada, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Málaga city centre. It also has good connections with the local train station and Málaga airport, which greatly facilitates arrival and travel.



Furthermore, the accommodation has outdoor parking in the same building, subject to availability and not assigned.
