Your Provençal villa awaits you in a secure private residence, facing south with a view of the sea. You’ll enjoy an infinity pool and a terraced garden with a bocce court. The house offers a peaceful, family-friendly setting, ideal for your vacation on the French Riviera.
The 100-square-meter main living area is bathed in natural light with a panoramic sea view. You’ll have five bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathtub and walk-in closet, three separate restrooms, and semi-open living spaces. The fully equipped pantry, foosball table, and pinball machine add to your comfort for fun family moments.
You’ll enjoy three outdoor terraces: a garden lounge with a griddle for your meals, a relaxation area with lounge chairs by the secure pool, and a terrace with a ping-pong table. The terraced landscaped garden offers peace and privacy. Two parking spaces are available.
You’ll discover the salt marsh nature reserve and its flamingos along the Salt Road. Porquerolles Island, Almanarre Beach with its kitesurfers, and the bike paths await you. Located between Hyères and Toulon, the villa is just 10 minutes from the airport and the SNCF train station. Kitesurfing, windsurfing, diving, paddleboarding, and hiking will enrich your days.
