The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space, while classic Tuscan elements such as chestnut beamed ceilings and terracotta floors create an authentic atmosphere.
Outside, a large panoramic swimming pool awaits, shared with eight other apartments in the complex. The strategic placement of windows and the stone structure keep the apartment pleasantly cool even on hot summer days.
