Summer house within walking distance of the beach

This fantastic black wooden house was completed in early 2022. We are located in beautiful Kikhavn in North Zealand. An authentic fishing village surrounded by charming thatched houses. Close to the summer house is Spodsbjerg Lighthouse, located in a partially protected nature area with steep coastal cliffs and rolling, beautiful countryside. From Spodsbjerg, there is a magnificent and completely unique view of the Kattegat.



This classic black wooden house is the perfect place for one (or two) families to unwind. The house is located in the middle of North Zealand's nature, and it is less than 100 meters to a lovely, uncrowded beach. The living room is the heart of the house. It has large windows that let in plenty of light. The mahogany folding doors allow the living room to be opened up completely, blending indoor and outdoor living. The living room provides the perfect setting for spending time with your loved ones.



Enjoy the sun on the terrace, where it shines warmly every day from morning to evening in the summer. If you need a break, you can find peace and quiet in the sauna. Visit the house of Denmark's famous polar explorer, Knud Rasmussen, and experience memories from his scientific expeditions in Greenland. Have lunch at Restaurant Knud down at Hundested Harbor. Or if you have an inner surfer hidden inside you, head to Lynæs Surfcenter and have a fun and active day at sea.
