Four double bedrooms with private bathrooms and direct access to the garden are located on the ground floor. On the first floor, the spacious living room with fireplace and open kitchen overlook the large terrace with heated lounge area. Large windows connect the interior to the exterior.
In the garden, a heated outdoor pool with panoramic mountain views awaits you. In the basement, you will find a private spa area, a fitness room, and a ski and bicycle storage room with boot dryer. The garage has a charging station for electric cars, and an elevator connects all floors.
Selva di Val Gardena is the ideal starting point for unforgettable experiences. Take the cable car to Seceda for a hike with views of the Odle mountains or explore the peaceful Alpe di Siusi. In winter, the Sellaronda tour and countless ski slopes await you. Try paragliding with Fly2 or the zipline for an adrenaline rush.
