In the heart of the South-West of France, discover our 250m² Landes house of character, where you can stay in complete privacy. This exceptional, unoverlooked property offers the ideal setting for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, and can accommodate up to 15 people.





The tastefully renovated house features five double bedrooms, a convivial dormitory and a library area with two single beds. Generous volumes and natural light create a warm atmosphere, with several living areas allowing everyone to preserve their privacy.





The estate extends over 18 hectares, much of it wooded and criss-crossed by footpaths. The 16x6-meter swimming pool and outdoor bar with barbecue invite you to relax, complemented by a variety of leisure facilities including a pétanque court, trampoline, table tennis and volleyball.





Situated on the border of the Landes and Gers regions, the property is an ideal base for exploring the treasures of the Pays d'Armagnac. Visit the bastide town of Armagnac, enjoy the lake at Cazaubon, or savor the local gastronomy at Eugénie-les-Bains. The ocean and the Pyrenees are just 1h30 away.
