This lovely house is centrally located in the heart of popular Österlen in Skåne.
Large house with plenty of sleeping space. Ground floor of approximately 100 m2 with an additional sleeping area of around 40 m2 upstairs. Here you are surrounded by green fields and sunsets you will never forget. Bright and airy interior, spacious living areas and a well-equipped kitchen. Apple TV and free internet included. Electricity consumption is included in the rental price.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms with the following bed distribution:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and a baby cot
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed
Wonderful garden perfect for morning coffee as well as afternoon and evening barbecues with views over the Fyledalen nature reserve. The eastern side of the property borders Road 19.
You are close to many excursion destinations: 4 km to the small town of Tomelilla and 8 km to the charming coastal town of Ystad. In addition, there are 35 km to Simrishamn, 12 km to the fishing village of Kåseberga and 39 km to one of Sweden’s very best beaches; Knäbäckshusen.
