A newly constructed residence of two buildings with a swimming pool and a hot tub. This complex is located in a quiet area with good access to transportation and is completely enclosed. The apartment consists of a living room that includes a kitchenette and a sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a window and a shower, and a terrace. One dedicated covered parking space per booking. The apartment is equipped with A/C units in every room, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Sat TV. Additionally, there are two laundry facilities available for communal use. °WI-FI at an extra cost (see below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance. °The real allocation of the floor depends on the availability upon check-in. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours.
