The upper floor accommodation consists of a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric cooker, and electric hob. The living room area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, and includes a TV, and open fireplace. The dining area can accommodate 6 persons and looks out on to the rear garden area of the property. A spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including WC, sink and shower completes the downstairs accommodation. The upper floor is accessed by a staircase from the living room. From the upper landing, you will find a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom includes WC, sink, and bath. All bedrooms are carpeted and include ample storage for your belongings. The property is electrically heated throughout. Towels and bed linen is provided. Wi-Fi is included. Electricity and heating included from May - September and a €10 per night supplement is charged from October - April. No smoking indoors. Sorry, no pets. Parking available for one car. Short breaks are available. A security deposit of €150 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival.
