The 100 sqm villa is equipped with large, white mullioned windows that bring the warmth of the sunlight, the fresh blue shades of the sea and the green colors of the trees inside. The old details have been preserved, while the family has brought in modern furniture to create a mix of nostalgia and conformity. The cottage has four bedrooms on the first floor, consisting of a master bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a 1.5-person bed, a children's room with two beds and an extra room with a single bed. There is also a cot available for the little one. The house also has a new annex with a nice outdoor shower and functional kitchen.



Enjoy the sea view and sunrise from one terrace of the house and the view of the fields and forest from the other. The beautiful natural plot borders a private and child-friendly sandy beach where you can jump in the blue waves, take a ride on the house's SUP boards or go on an excursion in the sit-on-top kayaks.
