Holiday home with wilderness bath in the front row with direct view of the water at the end of a closed road in the lovely area of Kongsnæs. Approximately 100 meters down to Grønsund. The house is from 1973 and the living room and kitchen were renovated in 2020. Cozy living room and kitchen with access to a covered terrace with a kettle grill. The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The house has three small bedrooms, one of which has a TV with Chromecast and a double adjustable bed, so you can wake up to a view of the water. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and satellite TV with German channels. Fiber internet. The house is heated by an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove in the living room and radiators in the bedrooms. In the garden, you will find a wood-fired wilderness bath where you can sit in the warm water and enjoy the view of the water. Small bathing beach with bathing jetty. Experience the maritime atmosphere at the marina, which is open all year round. Take a trip on the Ida ferry, which sails to Bogø. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
