Charming holiday home in great location close to the beach

Welcome to this super charming and well maintained cottage, located just 50 meters from the lovely sandy beach. The house is 55 m2 and has 5 beds, which are divided into two bedrooms. New kitchen installed in 2020. The house looks bright and modern and is light from the two skylights. From the cottage there is direct access to the south facing wooden terrace with shelter. The garden is well groomed and screened with plenty of planting which allows for privacy and here is room for both play and relaxation.
Amenities available: Weber charcoal grill, bicycles, sun lounger, cot, highchair. There is a dinghy which is free to use but at your own risk.

Råbylille Beach and the area:
Råbylille Beach is a small cozy cottage area with beautiful south-facing sandy beach. Perfect beach for families with children. The beach invites you to swim, sunbathe, water sports and play.
Råbylille beach is located approx. 10 minutes drive from the 800 year old market town of Stege, which has nice shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, etc. Large selection of supermarkets (Brugsen, Aldi, REMA100, Netto, 360 Discount). During the summer months, there is a market day every Tuesday, with the city teeming with life with small stalls, music and thousands of visitors.
Besides a unique nature, Møn has much more to offer. Here is a nice selection of galleries, farm shops, beautiful churches, boating, mountain biking, trekking, fishing, etc.

Please note the following:
- You will need to bring bed linen, sheets, towels, tea towels. Can be rented for DKK 150 / EUR 20 per person. Must be booked in advance and settled in cash before departure
- Electricity and water consumption are settled in cash before departure. prices:
Electricity: DKK 4,00/EUR 0,55 Per 1 kWh
Water: DKK 80/EUR 11 Per 1 m3
- Final cleaning will automatically be added as a service fee on reservation.
- Pets are not allowed in this cottage
- This house is suitable for two adults and three kids but five adults might find it too small and not suitable. Three of the beds are small and mostly suitable for smaller children.
