About this property

Cottage 100 m from Beach

80 m2 cottage. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, a total of 6 good beds, two double beds and one bunk bed. Combined family kitchen and living room. Large beautiful terraces facing south and north. On the south terrace is a grill.

The house is idyllically situated about 100 meters from the beach, very quietly on a small road. On the sandy beach there are always opportunities to swim, play, fish or just look at the sea.
At night it is pleasantly quiet, so that you only hear the sound of the sea and the occasional bat. Often you can even see a deer in the garden.

The Renter makes the final cleaning of the House before leaving. Cleaning may be ordered for the price of EUR € 125.

Sheets, tietowels and towels can be rented for a price of EUR € 20 pr set.

Electricity (and firewood) is used to heat the house and domestic water, so electricity and firewood consumption depends a lot on the number of people and the time of year for renting. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure, after which payment is settled according to the current specification.

The house can only be used by the number of people agreed.

We all loved the house and the area! Every time we left and returned to the house a deer was greeting ud in the garden. The house was nice and clean. I hope to revisit some time.

Es war wirklich sehr schön, alles gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Die große Glasfront und die vielen Spiegel machen das Haus hell und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft,das Meer zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.Der Check-In ist problemlos und die Abrechnung sehr leicht zu machen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Auszeit auf Møn

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Møn! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, liebevoll eingericht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Für 3 Erwachsene ist es ausreichend groß, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die zwei Terassen und der große Garten laden zum Verweilen ein und auch der Strand ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wunderbar problemlos. Ein Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus (und auf der Insel) können wir nur weiterempfehlen! :)

Es ist ein tolles Objekt. Die Treppe im Haus scheint mir jedoch nur gerade so sicher montiert zu sein. Den Kaminofen haben wir nicht gebraucht, er wäre auch sinnlos gewesen weil die warme Luft ins obere Schlafzimmer steigt. Wäre es im Zeitraum sehr warm gewesen, hätte man dort nicht schlafen können, da sich das Objekt aufheizt und nur ungenügende Kühlungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Viele Grüße, S. Voigt

Een mooi huisje

Alles was 👌 prima in orde enkel de BBQ was niet proper waardoor we niet konden BBQ-en Doordat alles open is is het heel licht op de bovenste slaapkamer, vonden we een beetje jammer datwe niets konden verduisteren. Maar voor de rest alles prima en een hele mooie ligging kort aant strand. We hebben strandwandelingen gedaan, zonsondergang gekeken. De kids hebben leuk gespeeld aant water. Een leuk huisje om tot rust te komen.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches voll ausgestattetes Ferienhäuschen auf einem großen schönen Grundstück. Wir verbrachten mit unseren 3 Kindern dort wunderbare Ferien. Fahrzeug ist erforderlich, da kein Supermarkt oder Attraktionen fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Wir waren sehr gerne Gast auf dieser herrlichen dänischen Insel Møn.

Tolles Haus, super Insel

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus auf Møn. Besonders gut hat uns die offene, helle Essküche mit Zugang zur sonnigen Südterrasse gefallen. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Der nette Kontakt zum hilfsbereiten Vermieter Jørgen war ebenfalls super.

EIn netter Vermieter, aber leider doch einige Dinge, die wir in dieser Preisklasse erwartet hätten. Für 6 Personen ist das Haus zu klein. Keine Abtrennung der Galerie. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem schönen großen Garten. Eine Auffrischung bzw Generalüberholung täte dem Objekt in dieser Preisklasse wohl gut.

Wirklich schönes Feriendomizil

Das Haus ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Für die Kinder gibt es Draußenspielzeug am Haus. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und wenig befahren. Der Strand war nie überfüllt. Da es lange flach ins Meer geht, ist es auch gut für kleinere Kinder. Im Ort Stege kann man sich unkompliziert Räder leihen. Die Klippen von Møn sind gut erreichbar und immer einen Ausflug wert. So wie der nahe gelegende Bauernhof mit angeschlossener Eisdiele. Wir haben wirklich schöne 2 Wochen in diesem Haus verlebt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vom Anfang bis Ende unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub, super nette Vermieter

Wir wollten uns für eine Woche sorglos in ein ruhiges Haus zurückziehen und hatten mit diesem Objekt wirklich viel Glück. Das Haus ist hell, weiträumig, strandnah, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Menschen hier sind super nett und obwohl die Gegend etwas abgelegen ist, kann man hier einiges unternehmen, wenn man möchte. Wenn man nicht möchte, liegt der Strand nur eine Minute vom Haus entfernt. Eine wirklich besondere Attraktion ist der Sternenhimmel, der viel klarer und heller wirkt als in anderen Gegenden. Man kann sogar die Milchstraße sehen! Einen kleinen negativen Punkt hätten wir allerdings (bei einem ansonsten perfekten Urlaub) : Einer der Vormieter muss im Schuhschrank etwas unglaublich nach Schweiß stinkende gelagert haben und der Mief geht nicht weg und macht den kleinen Flur praktisch unbenutzbar. Wir haben versucht, ihn zu reinigen, hat aber nichts gebracht. Den Schrank müsste man tatsächlich austauschen, fürchte ich. Sonst war aber alles super sauber und gemütlich uns das Haus ist wirklich modern, gemütlich und richtig "hygge"! Vielen Dank auch nochmal an unseren Vermieter, der uns super nett empfangen hat und auch vorher im Mailkontakt schon super freundlich und für alle Fragen (Corona etc.) offen war. Das hat uns in dieser seltsamen Zeit die Entscheidung, trotz vielleicht drohendem Lockdown nochmal zu verreisen, wirklich erleichtert.

Originell und gemütlich

Ein ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen, originell und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit grosser Fensterfront und viel Licht. Damit hat man auch einen schönen Blick in den Garten, wo manchmal ein Reh zu Besuch kommt. Im Haus fühlt man sich sofort wohl und geborgen.

Tolles Haus mit sehr großem Garten. Gesamte Ausstattung hat uns überzeugt. Zwei Terrassen bieten Sonne oder Schatten. Sehr kurzer Weg zum schönen Sandstrand. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich herzlich kümmern und das Haus mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet haben. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich und lädt dazu ein wiederzukommen!

Hygge!

Wir haben drei herrliche Wochen in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Der lichtdurchflutete Wohnraum und die große Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein, auch wenn das Wetter einmal nicht ganz so herrlich ist. Wir hatten einen netten Kontakt zum Vermieter und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren super zufrieden. Tolle Lage, schönes Haus. Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte sind die Pfannen zum Kochen. Hier sind neue notwendig. Wir würden wieder in dieses Haus kommen.
