During Your Stay

* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

* Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbours during these hours.

* Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

* Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the property.

* Please switch off lights, heating/air conditioning, and appliances when they are not required.



Looking After the Property



We kindly ask that you treat the property, furniture, and amenities with care.

Security Deposit / Damage Waiver



A refundable security deposit of £200 may be required. Where applicable, the deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.



Alternatively, guests may have the option to select a non-refundable damage waiver of £53.50.

The following charges may apply for breaches of the house rules:

* Smoking inside the property: £2,500

* Lost keys or fobs: Replacement cost may apply

Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional charges and, where appropriate, termination of the stay without refund.
