A traditional seaside home, a hundred metres from the sea, shaded by olive trees and shaped by the rhythm of Ionian summers. A place to slow down. A place to breathe. A place to remember what summer feels like.

Nearby, you can explore the charm of Mytikas, with its small harbor and traditional tavernas. Take a boat across to Kalamos or Kastos, islands where time seems to move more gently.
And when you feel like discovering dramatic turquoise waters and world-famous beaches, Lefkada is within easy reach.

Although I don't live in the area, it's a pleasure to offer this family home, surrounded by greenery and right next to the sea, to guests who truly enjoy nature.

It remains an authentic and unspoiled natural area, untouched by mass tourism. It is easily accessible, with calm waters and many beautiful places nearby to discover.

The house's location offers a great sense of space and freedom, set within a private 2,500 m² olive grove. You can spend the entire day outdoors in nature, walk to the sea without needing a car or searching for parking, and still have lively, popular beaches just a short distance away.
