A comfortable 60 sq m apartment for 4 people, located on the ground floor (one step to access) in a quiet and peaceful setting.

The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta, Piazza dei Signori, and Piazza delle Erbe.

All major amenities, such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are within easy reach.

The apartment features a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 40 Smart TV, split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, mirror, armchair, and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM (step access) with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

Cots, cribs, and high chairs available upon request (for a fee):

- Crib rental for a fee - €50 per stay;

- High chair rental for a fee - €30 per stay.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 3pm to 9pm).

It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a building just steps from two of Padua's most beautiful squares: Piazza dei Signori and Piazza delle Erbe. Every morning, the daily fruit and vegetable market enlivens Piazza delle Erbe, drawing crowds to the ritual of breakfast and coffee in the many bars and historic pastry shops, some of the most famous, where Paduans love to meet and chat, especially during the summer.

The majestic Palazzo della Ragione, with its historic shops below, separates Piazza delle Erbe from Piazza della Frutta, where you can enjoy a break with a famous Paduan spritz, especially in the evening.

The historic Caffè Pedrocchi, the ancient University known as Bo, and the Palazzo del Municipio are just steps from the property, as are Piazza dei Signori, the Duomo, the Baptistery, and the Old Ghetto.
