Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, this compact holiday home is a welcoming retreat for up to six guests. The interior features a practical dining and living area equipped with a TV, a dining table, and a comfortable seating area for shared meals. Year-round comfort is maintained through integrated heating and air conditioning, providing a functional and calm setting for families or friends looking to enjoy the Vendée coast away from the busier resort crowds.

The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two additional rooms each featuring two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, griddle, coffee maker, and kettle, along with all necessary dishes and cutlery. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as a convenient separate toilet. For connectivity, free WiFi is available in the common areas, while paid WiFi access is provided within the mobile home.

Located just a short distance from long sandy beaches and scenic pine forest trails, the home offers easy access to local markets and water sports. Private parking is included on-site; however, please note that charging electric or hybrid car batteries is strictly prohibited on the campsite. Whether you are planning a day trip to the islands of Noirmoutier or enjoying a home-cooked dinner, this residence provides a straightforward and cozy base for a classic seaside holiday.

Note: Rental fees apply for linens, towels, and baby cots; optional cleaning is €180 and breakfast is available on-site. Pool and activity badges require an extra fee, with a 20% discount if ordered at least 48 hours in advance (children under 4 are free).
