Pretty chalet for 6, residence with swimming pool

Step out of the daily routine and enter a design and comfortable holiday chalet! Recently built in wood, ecologically responsible, this residence is located in the heart of a pleasant landscaped area, quiet and private. From each room, holidaymakers can enjoy the soothing view of the outside. 6 people (maximum including babies) can enjoy a very pleasant family stay. The 3 bedrooms include a master suite with toilet and bathroom-shower and 2 bedrooms with individual beds and toilet-bathroom-shower. The large and bright living area has a very well-equipped American-style kitchen. It opens onto a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a plancha and sunbeds available in July/August. The surrounding garden space confirms the zen spirit of the place. To swim, just a few steps in the chalet village to access the unattended indoor pool.



Near the landscaped domain of Saint Hilaire de Riez, you will reach the sandy beach of La Pège, shops and restaurants within a 1 km radius. 4 km away, the centre of Saint Hilaire regularly organises events. Pedestrian and cycling paths allow you to explore the Vendée coastline at your own pace, alternating between beaches, dunes, state forest and coves. Swimming, cycling and walking are the highlights during your stay! To vary activities, you can go fishing from the port of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, test your swing at the Saint Jean de Monts golf course, clam fishing on the coast of the island of Noirmoutier, discover the city of Nantes (85 km) or admire the seaside villas of Les Sables d'Olonne

très bon séjour

un domaine très calme et à proximité de la plage (15-20 min à pied), loisirs pour enfants et ados à proximité également. Un très bon séjour changer les poignées de certaines fenêtre, store à remplacer fenêtre cuisine car inexistant et vis à vis avec les gens d'à coté, épluche légumes (économe) à remplacer et peut être les rideaux de la pièce de vie à nettoyer (grosses taches) qui font bof bof

Le calme, la piscine, la localisation dans une location bien équipée. Les portes extérieures des chambres ainsi que des fenêtres s'ouvrent mal ou pas du tout. Une chambre manque de lumière. Des couvercles pour les grandes poêles.

Peut mieux faire

Location très récente et bien équipée mais un peu loin de tout (plage, commerces et restaurants) donc voiture indispensable. Tout l'équipement n'était pas disponible (un parasol manquant par temps de canicule et un transat cassé et aucun des deux n'a été remplacé au cours de notre séjour de deux semaines). Contact avec l'agence Hoomy un peu fastidieux avec quatre interlocuteurs différents en autant d'appels. Gilles / Saint-Chamond

Premier séjour en Vendée contents de notre location avec une super piscine couverte. Dommage que les jeux d’enfants en extérieurs aient été supprimés. Le chalet est bien équipé et spacieux. La terrasse plein sud est très agréable

Nous avons passé un super séjour sous un soleil radieux

Nous avons décidé au dernier moment de faire une escapade en Vendée et l'équipe Hoomy a été très réactive. Accueil ponctuel et agréable, souple sur les horaires. Le logement récent est bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Petit plus, la piscine chauffée était ouverte et accessible. La mer, la forêt, les marais ne sont pas très loin du chalet.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, propriété bien placé avec confort pour passer un bon moment. Bonne communication avec le concierge et bonne accueil surtout très compréhensible. Je recommande cette propriété à 100%.

Séjour très agréable

Beau logement récent avec toutes commodités. L’emplacement est bien situé dans le domaine, pas vraiment de vis à vis. Le domaine est plutôt calme et les résidents courtois. La piscine est vraiment bien ! L’eau est douce et très agréable à une belle température ! Nous regrettons juste un abri sur la terrasse en cas de pluie mais sinon quand il fait beau il est très agréable de manger dehors sur la terrasse, le salon de jardin est grand, confortable avec un grand parasol qu’on peut orienter à sa guise. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine !

Chalet spacieux très bien équipé et très très propre. Nous avons profité de la piscine couverte chauffée à 28° c'était génial. Endroit à recommander sans hésitation. L'hôte était très agréable

Bon séjour

Accueil chaleureux et chalet récent, spacieux et très bien situé très au calme. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de transats et un grill/plancha pour une cuisine estivale. La piscine couverte est très agréable.
