New house on one level, ideal for 2 families !!!! Located 400 m from the sea close to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bike rental, etc ....

The temperature of the water depends on the weather because it is heated with the dome (usable from March / April to September). South facing wood terrace with garden furniture and plancha where you can enjoy your aperitifs and grills.

Hosts were amazing at check-in and the property was better than we expected. Great location and property has everything you need for a wonderful stay. If anything the property pictures do not do it justice! Lots to do in the local area for kids and adults with the wonderful beach only a 5/6 min walk away. Would highly recommend.

Maison très bien agencée pour l’accueil d’une famille avec enfants. 4 belles chambres dont 3 avec grand lit. Magnifique séjour avec petite cuisine ouverte. Très bien équipée. Salle de bain avec belle douche et double vasque. Superbe piscine d’une grandeur suffisante très bien exposée avec tous les équipements pour passer de bons moments à l’extérieur (terrasse, transats, plancha, table et chaise). Possibilité de garer jusqu’à 3 voitures dans l’allée ce qui est très pratique. Accès direct à l’océan à travers la pinède. Propriétaire sympathique et arrangeante

Nous avons loué cette villa pendant 10 jours en été, nous étions 8 adultes et 1 adolescent. La communication avec la propriétaire fut excellente dès la confirmation de réservation et jusqu’à notre départ. Elle s’est montrée flexible au niveau des horaires d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter jusqu’au bout de nos vacances. Le bien en lui-même est parfait! De grands espaces, une cuisine fonctionnelle et propre, ainsi que des équipements de pointe qui assurent le confort. Le seul petit point négatif est la proximité du bien par rapport à la route, qui peut parfois sembler bruyante aux heures de pointe ou en pleine nuit, mais qui n’est pas trop dérangeante au vu du reste des atouts de ce bien. En conclusion, au vu de l’état de ce bien, de ses équipements, de sa gestion, et de sa situation par rapport à la mer et à la ville, je vous conseille fortement de placer votre réservation avant que d’autres vacanciers vous volent l’hébergement idéal pour des vacances en Vendée. Petite pause enchantée

Nous avons loué la maison pour un week-end long avec des amis avec des enfants (18 mois à 11 ans) et tout s’est très bien passé ! La maison est parfaitement équipée et nous avons passé un super séjour! Très bien située, nous avons pu profiter de la plage tous les jours (10 min à pieds), visiter st Gilles Croix de Vie. La piscine est un super atout, nous en avons pas trop profité à cause de la température encore un peu fraîche du mois de Mai mais les enfants étaient contents de pouvoir tremper leurs pieds. Laurie est d’une gentille et a été super du début à la fin, aussi bien sur la communication dès la réservation que sur place. Je recommande vivement sa maison si vous voulez passer un séjour agréable en famille ou entre amis en Vendée. Merci encore pour cette parenthèse enchantée!

Een ideale, goed gelegen vakantiewoning. vlak bij het strand en meer dan ruim genoeg. Ook zeer kindvriendelijk ingericht (met een grote pro voor de veilige overkapping van het zwembad en de rolliuiken). Voor de rest is ook alles van uitrusting dat je nodig hebt aanwezig. De eigenares is ook enorm vriendelijk en vlot bereikbaar. Om naar terug te komen.
