The living room, the living room and 4 of the 8 bedrooms with balconies benefit from a panoramic view of the Pelle cove in Porteau and the entrance to the port.

very pleasant and bright living room opening onto a 20 m² terrace facing the ocean, independent fitted kitchen overlooking the garden,
2 bedrooms, 1 with sea view and another with its bathroom, 1 independent bathroom with wc.

5 bedrooms, 3 of which have a sea view, with one giving access to a mezzanine,
1 bathroom and 1 shower room with wc and a separate wc

Maison vaste et agréable à vivre. Même nombreux nous n’avions jamais l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres. Équipement et prestations conformes à l’annonce. La vue est imprenable !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis . L’équipement du logement est plus que parfait ! Il y a tout ! Les chambres sont très agréables . L’espace de vie est parfait pour un groupe ou une famille . La vue sur la mer est tellement agréable ! Nous avons assisté au spectacle des grandes marées bien à l’abri. Les échanges avec les propriétaires sont faciles. Nous avons été accueillis par Cindy la petite concierge à vélo : charmante , disponible, de bons conseils et efficace . Vous pouvez louer cette maison les yeux fermés . Précision : erreur sur l’application Abritel : il y a 7 chambres ( pas 8) dont une très grande avec 1 lit double et 3 lits simples sur une grande mezzanine .

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille. La maison est bien équipée et très spacieuse. Cependant, nous avons été surpris par la visite, à 2 reprises, des propriétaires, sans avoir prévenu, qui se permettent d'entrer sur la propriété sans sonner, ni frapper. Nous tenons à saluer l'accueil que nous avons reçu de la petite concierge à vélo, bienveillance et disponibilité !

Groupe de 16 personnes ravi du séjour. Espace, volume, nombre de chambres et sde adaptés pour un groupe. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. Couchages de bonne qualité. Marche, vélos, piscines d’eau de mer et découverte du bord de mer vendéen. Conseils judicieux donnés par la personne chargée de l’accueil.

Lovely seaside house

A perfect place for a mixed family group summer holiday. Nice shady garden for a hot summer. If I had a complaint it would be that such a large house would benefit from more upstairs bathrooms.

Maison très agréable, vue sur l'océan, très bien équipée, bien située pour les activités nautiques et la pêche dans les rochers. L'approvisionnement se fait aisément. D'autres activités diverses pour les ados sont à distance raisonnable. Nous avons trouvé un très bon accueil. Nous étions 17 et avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Maison de famille spacieuse

Nous avons loue cette maison pour une semaine de vacances en famille. Les nombre de chambres et flexibilite de couchage a permis d'accomoder tout les cas de figures. La cuisine et toute la maison sont equipees pour accueillir de large groupe. La vue sur la baie de Saint Gilles est superbe surtout que nous avons eu la chance de passer le 14 Juillet ou le feu d'artifice est tire juste devant la maison et ses terrasses. Excellent sejour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison idéale pour un groupe d'amis ou une grande famille avec enfants. La localisation pour aller se promener le long de la mer est idéale et la vue imprenable. La cuisine est bien équipée en vaisselle. Seul bémol : le gazon a été replanté il y a peu de temps et le jardin était donc inaccessible pour l'instant.

Très bon emplacement à 5 mn à pied des plages et des sports nautiques sur la gauche et à 10 mn de criques désertes et de la promenade sur la corniche sur la droite; distribution des chambres facilitée par le fait que l'on peut séparer ou réunir les lits simples. un peu éloigné du centre ville mais supermarché à 5mn en voiture. très bien équipé côté cuisine pour les grands groupes. Propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques.
