Perfect

Communication, check-in and help to settle in the property is excellent. The amenities are great and upkeep of the property is great. This is our second time staying in the property and we've made more wonderful memories here. Perfect property and location for our large group of friends. Beautiful, well-maintained resort with a fantastic heated swimming pool in the center and a fully eqipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay with 6 adults and 5 children. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

This property has everything you could need for a holiday. It was well equipped with essentials you need that you don’t necessarily want to buy. The kitchen was brilliant and the 2 fridges were great for storing all our food and drinks. The pool was excellent, clean and very warm. This was perfect for us as our weather wasn’t very good, but you could still go in the pool as it was so warm. Communication with the host and the person that met us when we arrived was excellent. The property is very large with lots of bedrooms and toilets, it was excellent for our multi generational family of 6. The pictures online really don’t do it justice. The village, supermarkets and beach are really close, no problem to walk to them every day. We would definitely recommend this property.

Lieu magnifique et temps magnifique

La maison est très bien équipée en tout pointe et très propre. Plancha et barbecue ont été bien utilisés. La piscine chauffée : c'est royal, même si le fond est à 1m49.Il a fait très chaud mais il y a la clim partout.Très bonne réactivité du propriétaire et de "Eric".Résultat : heureux!

Très jolie location au calme.

Maison exceptionnelle, rien à redire.Petit bémol avec la piscine, la température de l'eau ne pouvait grimper au dessus de 18,5. Nos petits enfants étaient déçus. Nous ne renouvellerons pas une location avec piscine extérieure aux vacances de Pâques. La météo n'était pas à la chaleur.Cordialement.

Swimming pool and pool area perfect. Water very warm A long walk to the beach and boulangerie. The details said 700m to the beach which was incorrect. We needed the car with small children. Surf fantasticb

La propriété est conforme aux images sur le site. Cependant, il y a quelques reproches à faire concernant la piscine, pas à température voulue (29°), carrelage autour de la piscine glissant une fois mouillé (dangereux pour les enfants), le sommier de la chambre attenante au living pas fiable (bloc de soutien et piles de livres), odeur d'égout constante dans la salle de bain. Par contre, la chambre et la salle de bain dans l'annexe impeccable.

Maison très spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les chambres sont assez grande avec des grands placards, la literie est très confortable. Les salles de bain sont très grandes. Il y a beaucoup de WC! Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. La piscine est top on n'avait même pas envie d'aller à la plage qui est à 10 min à pied. Le centre est également à une dizaine de minutes à pied avec ses nombreux marchés. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et le concierge. Bref des vacances au top, je recommande

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. The accommodation is excellent. Great utilities and lots of space. Location is perfect for the beach, markets and amusements. Communication with the owners was excellent. We look forward to visiting again next year!

toute la famille a trouvé génial le séjour sauf pour la piscine qui parvenait pas à atteindre les 29 °malgré différentes venues de Jean (qui s'occupait de la t° de l'eau). Il faut dire que le vent était f'rais malgré le soleil. Sinon rien à signaler, la location était conforme au site.

Une Villa à la hauteur de nos attentes !

Cette villa est vraiment très bien adaptée à des vacances familiales ! Que ce soit en matière d'équipement, de confort de la literie, de la disposition des pièces ainsi que des 2 terrasses, il n'y a rien à redire ! La piscine, avec sa grande terrasse et ces nombreux transats, permettra de satisfaire tout le monde et est un vrai plus pour se retrouver tous ensemble loin d'une certaine cohue estivale. L'autre terrasse, située devant la maison est elle aussi, un vrai plaisir le soir, avec ses nombreux luminaires. Les communications avec l’ensemble des acteurs (propriétaire, Home Vendée Service, entretien de la piscine) ont toujours été courtoises, rapides et efficaces : un grand merci à toutes et à tous ! Bref, je recommande vivement... ;-)

Magnifique villa et séjour parfait

Très belle et grande villa, spacieuse, au calme et agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont top et la literie est de bonne qualité. Les salles d'eau sont belles et grandes. Les équipements sont très nombreux et fonctionnels. On a évidement beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la clim qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus confortable et plaisant. Un grand merci pour l'excellent accueil et la grande disponibilité.

Super séjour dans une très chouette maison !

Maison encore mieux que sur les photos, très grande, permettant de donner l'intimité nécessaire à tous les occupants. Super équipée, il ne manquait rien, et le propriétaire et le gérant sont vraiment super ! Allez-y les yeux fermés, d'autant que des améliorations sont prévues dans un futur assez proche ...

Au calme et bien placé

Une villa très agréable pour un séjour de deux familles : 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Tout le nécessaire est mis à disposition. L'avantage des places voitures sur le terrain est très appréciable. Séjour très agréable dans une propriété joliment située et superbement équipee et aménagee , tout est pensé rien a été oublie. Propriétaire charmant et très soucieux du bien être de ses résidents. Great Family Home for Beach Holidays

We stayed here in July/August 2017 - This is a great home spacious for a beach holiday - its clean tidy, well equipped . its completely as advertised including sat tv for UK it has a functional well equipped kitchen and barbecues /plancha to take advantage of the fantastic local produce and seafood .The front terrace is particularity well equipped with large electric awning and patio heaters and lights for barbecue evenings. The house has an electric front gate for total privacy/security and importantly is in close proximity to walk to the center of town / grand plage seafront to take advantage of all the great restaurants and shops. There is a wide range of all major supermarkets and small shops within a one mile radius and there are pushbikes for those who dont want to use a car .The Owner Pierre was very accommodating and i must give a special mention to his neighbor Serge who lives nearby who was always on hand to put out bins for collection and give advice about all things Vendee. As fans of beach surf holidays and the Vendee region we have been to St Gilles many times over last 17 years with our two boys but this was the best visit mainly because of the space and proximity to the town .I would have no problem recommending this house for future holidays particularly for those looking for family beach holidays - given the space available

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette grande et belle maison, bien équipée, rien ne manque, idéalement située à proximité des plages et commerces sans les inconvénients du bruit de la foule, un voisin Sergio très sympathique et serviable, de bons restaurants dont le récif, merci, nous reviendrons sans doute

maison très bien situé proche commerce et plage à pied ou à vélo grande maison chambres spacieuses grand jardin (vivement la piscine...) petit hic la wifi n'est pas au rv, dommage propriétaire très agréable et d'arrangement et le voisin Mr Sergio RAS, tjs là si problème merci encore
