Das Haus ist wie abgebildet und nett eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: es waren auch eine Menge scharfer Küchenmesser vorhanden, was nicht in jedem Ferienhaus selbstverständlich ist.Es sind Fahrräder vorhanden, die aber alle mal einen Service benötigen würden. Für weitere Fahrten haben wir sie nicht verwendet, aber bis zum Strand und zum Bäcker waren sie schon okay.Wenn wir wieder mal auf die Ile de Noirmoutier fahren (die leider sehr weit weg von uns liegt), würden wir wieder in dieses Haus fahren.
