Ideally located in the village of Epine, between the sea and salt marshes, quiet, close to shops, we offer a Villa, located at the bottom of a wooded dead end, completely enclosed by walls or a spacious garden will welcome your children safely. Any Comfort of 175 m 2, you will have 10 beds (4 beds doubles and 2 twin beds of 90 cm) distributed in 5 rooms, one being the bakehouse of the stay, well separated, 1 bathroom, 1 room of shower , 3 wc-a large kitchen with dishwasher and 1 double living room of 60 m² with a fireplace, opening south, 2 terraces welcome our deckchairs and garden furniture- An independent laundry with washing machine, ironing board and Dryer completes our installation

Belle maison bord de mer à l’epine à 3 min à pied de la plage de l’ocean

Nous avons passé de belles vacances à noirmoutier dans cette belle et grande maison proche de la plage de l’océan

Pour un séjour idéal à Noirmoutier

La maison est idéalement placée entre plusieurs plages et des commerces de proximité sympathiques et de qualité. Nous avons oublié la voiture pendant une semaine.Déplacements à pieds ou en vélo La distribution des pièces de la maison est très pratique avec plusieurs portes sur l'extérieur de façon à ce que chaque vacancier puissent être autonome et accéder à la cuisine facilement. Deux terrasses qui permettent de suivre le soleil jusqu'à son coucher. L'ambiance y est chaleureuse, familiale. De quoi y passer d'excellents moments.

Un petit paradis...

Maison très spacieuse, calme, en proximité de la plage (5 minutes). La propriétaire et la concierge sont très gentilles. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour avec des amis. L'île Noirmoutier es magnifique !!!

Superbe séjour

Une excellente surprise nous attendait, la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, idéalement placée près de la plage et dans un endroit exceptionnellement calme. Je préfèrerais garder cet endroit secret et que pour nous, les propriétaires sont charmants et avenants. Je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup!!
