About this property

My house, feet in the water ...

The joy of fully enjoying the beach in a small house and its private courtyard.
It is located in a hamlet of residences without direct access to cars, private overhead parking is available.
From the courtyard, the sea can be admired while remaining protected from the agitation and the gaze of bathers.
On the ground floor, it offers a living room with an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, vitro-ceramic stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker
Dolce Gusto), a dining area for 6 people, a lounge area with television and convertible sofa offering a bed of 140 cms of very good comfort, a toilet.
Upstairs, it has 2 bedrooms each with a 160/200 bed (possibility of separating a bed), a cot is available on request when booking. The bedding is new and of very good quality.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine.
Outside, the courtyard has an electric awning, a garden furniture and a barbecue.
All household linen is provided (sheets, towels and beach towels and tea towels).
For sportspeople, many activities are available to you:
         - A bicycle rental is available in the city center. Possibilities of making great strolls through the cycle tracks towards Sable d'Olonne or towards Noirmoutiers.
- A stone's throw from the residence for surf, kitesurf, paddle, sand yachting schools and beach activities with the Mickey club for the little ones...
- Jet-ski rental on the port.
- 20 minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie wake-park on Lake Apremont.
- In the surroundings of St Gilles you are offered: Golf at 8 kms, Horse riding center, karting, bowling ...
The house is located near an embankment which offers several restaurants and seasonal shops.
Markets are present five days a week in the city center and during the evenings of July and August there is a night market.
The train station and the pier for Ile d'Yeu are in the city center.
It is with pleasure that we welcome you for your vacation in this place that we love very much. We welcome your small pets (-10 kg).
We are owners of a 10 m speedboat and subject to the conditions of our schedule and the weather, we will be happy to share with you a small trip at sea.

A beautiful beachside home.

A perfect location for beach lovers. Just steps away from the beautiful ocean and surf, lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from and a short walk from the old town and port. A wonderful holiday home with very comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi and all utensils needed in the kitchen. A lovely sunny courtyard garden with outdoor stores for wetsuits and surfboards. Useful to have private parking too. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Thank you to Marylene.

Maison parfaite à quelques mètres de la grande plage de St Gilles.Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants en bas-âge et tout était très adapté. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse qui s'est rendue très disponible en amont du séjour et à notre arrivée pour préparer les lieux. Nous reviendrons, et conseillerons cette location !

First time Vendéé

As said in the title, first time in the Vendéé.Saint-Gilles is a typical french seaside village, which harbours all the joys one could expect from that.Perfect weather, strong tides at sea, lots of fine tiny restaurants in the village.Then, the house, petit as they say but o so complete for a holiday stay. All the necessities are there, the house is beautifully decorated, with additional furniture for the terrace. Located just 50 metres from the boulevard, and in with the village within walking range, it is the perfect spot for a holiday on the French coast.That said, we should mention Marylene, the owner and a perfect host.We will be back!!Regards, René & Dinie

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt nur 100 m vom Meer entfernt. Es bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den in der Anzeige gezeigten Fotos und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es bietet genug Platz für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: die Nähe zum Meer als auch die Nähe nach St. Gilles. Wir haben das Auto nur für die größeren Ausflüge gebraucht und ansonsten die tollen Radwege mit Hundeanhänger benutzt. Alles im allem war es super schön.

Merci pour ce séjour, tout était vraiment parfait. La description correspond vraiment à la réalité et c'est vraiment appréciable. La maison est idéale tant par sa localisation que par sa propreté et sa décoration. Très jolie petite maison et idéalement située

Tout d'abord une appréciation tout à fait positive pour les propriétaires qui sont vraiment adorables et qui ont vraiment facilité l'accueil le jour de notre arrivée. Une jolie petite attention nous attendait pour notre séjour. La maison n'est pas très grande mais tout à fait suffisante pour une famille de 4 personnes. La décoration est très soignée dans toutes les pièces et la propreté irréprochable. Une mention spéciale pour la literie, les couettes et les oreillers qui sont vraiment en parfait état. La maison est idéalement située, tout juste à 30 m de la grande plage. Nous ne nous sommes déplacés quasiment qu'à vélo pendant notre séjour, et le centre-ville est accessible en vélo en 5 mn ( sans assistance électrique 😊). Je recommande.
