On the second floor, you’ll find the living area with a kitchen that has plenty of cabinet and counter space, as well as a connection for a dishwasher. A loft with two extra sleeping spots offers flexibility for children or guests. On the first floor is a spacious boathouse with room for a boat and equipment.



Outside, you have your own dock and boat slip right next door. The boathouse features a sink, grill, and a large long table ready for shrimp parties and shared meals. The location gives you direct access to the sea and the surrounding nature.



Great hiking and fishing opportunities are right outside the door. You can explore Ryvarden Lighthouse with its coastal trail and café, paddle in Viksefjorden, or take a short boat trip to Røvær. Sveio Golf Park is just 12 minutes away, and downtown Haugesund offers restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
