Spend a week in paradise at our beachfront, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes. Located in private neighborhood,. Recently completed total renovation. Home features 36" commercial grade range, pot filler, drawer microwave, granite counter tops, custom glass front cabinets, glass tile showers, new vanities and lighted mirrors, 75" 4K TV, TVs in all of the bedrooms, very high end outdoor furniture, Traeger grill, Green Egg, Beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, corn hole, bocci ball. . You will have access to the entire house. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite is king bed, 4K TV, ceiling fan with attached bath and custom tiled shower. Second bedroom is queen bed with access to the deck. 4K TV and has access to large hall bathroom with 60” double vanity, lighted mirror and customer tiled shower. Third bedroom has bunk beds (full over queen with full trundle). 4K TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances, and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, also features bar with seating for five. Living room has large sectional, 75” 4K TV and ceiling fan. Entire house and shared deck We are just a text, phone call or email away. We have local people who can assist with any guest needs. Gulf pines is an exclusive and private neighborhood with no public beach access. Beaches are very quiet and never crowded. Golf carts can be rented and delivered locally Beach access is approximately 1/4 mile from the house. You can drive vehicles of all kinds on the beaches. What A View West is one of two separate houses that share a very large (1,600 sq Ft) deck.

Awesome!!

Great place, great location and great view!

Our family of 4 stayed in west and really enjoyed the place. It is very nice and clean and has everything you need plus a great view. We will stay again! Owners were super friendly too.

Wonderful setting for relaxing at the beach.

This property was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed from towels to beach chairs to board games. We can’t wait to go back. Nice quite beach with beautiful views. We saw crabs, dolphins, and a bald eagle nesting closely. Fresh seafood shops and the grills on property made for amazing dinners. This place has value way above the rental fee.

I grew up in the desert and the first time I saw the ocean I fell in love. There is something about the water that just takes all the stress away. I live on a lake and I love to see and hear the water every day. I love boating and sailing and my kids love to fish or do water sports. We look forward to going to the beach every chance we get. Nothing beats the sun on your face with a cool ocean breeze while you dig your toes in the sand. I have five kids and they are all getting older. I wanted a great place to spend time with family and friends and get aways from all the stress of every day life. I want my guest to enjoy the same great beach experience. We have tried to make our house homey and vacation friendly. We love great feedback or ideas for ways to make your next vacation with us even more fun. Incredible views of what you will think is your own private beach. House is on a 100 ft. lot, so the neighbors are not right on top of us. Durable and pet friendly flooring. 60" 4K TV (Just in case the weather doesn't cooperate) or for family movie night. Brand new furniture in living, dining, and deck (outdoor sectional) as well as new mattresses in queen room. We just purchased this property and have made some dramatic improvements and have plans to keep making it better and better.
