Welcome to our beautiful home in Napa Valley! We are proud to support the "Trees For The Future" charity, so each time you book our unit, we will donate $10 to help plant trees and care for the planet. Our unit is brand new, with beautiful hardwood floors and all the amenities like Nespresso coffee machine/fridge you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a brand new 43-inch Samsung UHD TV with free Netflix access, so you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the local wineries. Our home is perfect for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is conveniently located near Napa downtown and has many nearby dining options. The pool is now open, and we provide a Pack N Play for free so you don't need to bring your own. We welcome pets for an additional fee of $200/pet/night, which must be paid before check-in time. If you have 2 pets for 3 nights, the additional payment is 2 pets * 3 nights * $250 = $1,500. Please make sure to send the payment after booking and ensure that your pet is clean and not allowed on the bed. We have a concierge service available by phone to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Check-in and check-out are convenient, with a code provided to access the front door. Great Location for Golfers and Wine Lovers

A great spot to be in for the golf tournament we were attending and for taking our car tours around wine country.

Wonderful place but communication lacking

Overall the stay was great and the place was just as advertised. But the communication lacked from the host. I sent several texts regarding the broken lock and the check in information with no response. I received the check information late while I was on my way to the place and did not receive any check out info till late the night before and did not see it until I had already left. If I had seen that I would have performed the check out tasks better beforehand.

Good sstay

Location is perfect for visiting the valley. Good amenities nearby. Not the most glamourous, but price was reasonable. Some improvements could be made. Easy check in/out. Good parking.

Wine Tasting Trip

To start, you can check in early if you pay a fee. Slightly confusing initially since I got a call from one of the property managers (I was in contact with 3 of them for some reason) saying that I did not upload my photo ID, however in searching emails and VRBO messages, I couldn’t find the instruction to do so. Not a big issue though. Before arriving, I had asked if there was a regular coffee maker in the condo which I was told there was, but there was only a Nespresso machine instead. I ended up buying a “Mr. Coffee” type machine since we wanted several cups of coffee to drink in the mornings. I had to buy wine glasses (at a tasting) since the condo only had one wine glass and two champagne flutes. The condo is advertised as having a washer, but the laundry machines are located outside near the pool area which is close by. Lastly, the neighbor’s outside porch light shines very brightly into front door window. If you’re sleeping on the sofa pull out bed, bring a sleeping eye shade. On the plus side, the condo was situated in a nice neighborhood and good location, easy to drive to many places.

Our Recent Stay May 2023

We were disappointed...the place is so-so! Cheaply redone, looks better in the pics than in person. We reported damage we saw as soon as we stepped in to the property manager with pics of a broken mirror and they held back our security dollars without any explanation as to why. We are realtors and know to report damage as soon as you enter the rental but they still held it for no reason despite us reporting the damage. Still working on this with no answers whatsoever from management.
