Welcome to our beautifully renovated condo in Napa Valley! Each time you book with us, we donate $10 to the "Trees For The Future" charity to help plant trees and care for the planet. Our 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located near Napa downtown and restaurants, and is close to great wineries, family-friendly activities, and dining. It is perfect for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own private entrance. It features two comfortable queen sized bed with high-end memory mattress and a large TV with international channels. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and a capsules coffee machine, but no full kitchen is available in the suite. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and the entire apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and a heater. There are two outdoor chairs and a patio to enjoy your Napa wine.

The Silverado Resort facilities are a short walk away and include the Mansion House with indoor and patio bar dining, Thomas Keller's Ad Lib restaurant, the Grill restaurant and bar, the Pro shop, and the Spa at Silverado, which are all open to the public. Please note that the golf course and tennis courts are not open to guests, only to country club members.

This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not have to pay any $60 resort fee. We have a concierge service available by phone to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Check-in and check-out are convenient, with a code provided to access the front door.

Napa Valley is a beautiful region with many open vineyard landscapes, and is home to hundreds of wineries and top-notch culinary options. There are many outdoor activities to enjoy, including cycling, hiking, nearby lakes, swimming, and hot air balloon rides. We recommend exploring the area by car, as public transportation is not nearby. You can visit the surrounding towns of Yountville, St. Helena, Sonoma, and Calistoga, or go on a wine tour or explore on your own. We include a restaurant list in our welcome binder to help you plan your stay.


We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 4 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Undisclosed Pet: $500 per night, per pet
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

Important Check-in Information
To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $79 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
