Great house in heart of Napa. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Upstairs bathroom is small, so if you are taller than 5’4” you’ll need to use downstairs bathroom. Very lovely backyard and patio area.

Perfect Location

This is a cozy house with a short walk to downtown or a quick drive to Hwy 29.The bed and pillows were very comfy and the house has a lot of charm. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book this house again on our next trip to Napa Valley.

Comfortable stay. The property wasn’t in as pristine condition as the photos suggested, i.e. chipping paint on deck, outdoor furniture, and unkempt landscaping. Beds, bedding, and shower extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped but did not have an ice maker as seen in photos. Incredibly convenient location.

Overall, this house is in a great location close to downtown and convenient for getting around. The backyard is a really nice space to hang out and relax.However, there was a noticeable odor throughout the house. The pull-out mattress wasn’t comfortable and made a lot of noise—any movement on it would wake everyone up. Overall, the home works well for about 3–4 people comfortably, but may not be ideal for larger groups
