Welcome to The Pines, your private top-floor retreat, designed for comfort, space, and relaxation.

The entire top floor features 3 bedrooms and a very large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Guests will have access to 2 ensuite bedrooms, both with private bathrooms for added convenience and privacy.

⚠️ Please note: The 3rd bedroom and an additional bathroom are not included in this listing. These areas will remain closed and inaccessible, to anyone, throughout your stay. All other areas of the top floor are fully available for guest use.

Your Space

Upon entering through the front brown door, you’ll arrive at the stairway entrance, your private area begins here, leading to your living area up the stairs.

Upstairs, you’ll find:

Bedroom 1 (Ensuite):
Located at the front of the property, this room includes an ensuite bathroom and has two access doors—one leading into the living area and the other opening onto the front veranda/patio.

Bedroom 2 (Ensuite):
Located at the rear of the property, this room offers an ensuite bathroom and a private back patio, accessible through double glass doors.

Both bedrooms include built-in closets for storage.

Kitchen & Living Area

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including:

Cooking utensils, pots, plates, and cutlery

Tea cups, drinking glasses, and wine glasses

Electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, and toaster

The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and WiFi access, making it easy to relax or stay connected during your visit.

Throughout the property there are USB charging outlets for easy of charging your gadgets.
