The Space:

This charming budget-friendly studio comes fully furnished with modern comforts and appliances. The sleek, fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare simple home-cooked meals. For work or relaxation, you’ll find a desk, smart TV, and high-speed broadband. The cosy 3/4 double bed is dressed with fresh hotel-quality linen, while soft towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. The contemporary bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, along with plush towels and complimentary essentials. Guests also have access to excellent communal facilities, including a gym, co-working space, and a pool table. The building is predominantly used to accommodate students, however our studios are located in a separate wing.

Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal facilities.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Sheffield may be built on a heritage of manufacturing steel but, today, it’s every part a city. Foundries, mills and forges have given way to centres for learning and a lively, independent social scene. And with the stunning Peak District just next door, few large cities balance urban and rural so perfectly. Positioned in a convenient location, just 2 minutes walk to Sheffield City Centre and close to Sheffield Hallam University, City Hall and other theatres as well as the River Don. We can't think of a better location!



Getting Around:

As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes and the cathedral tram stop just across the road from the building. The main coach station is around 10 minutes walk away and Sheffield Train station is 15 mins away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
