Apartment Description:
This wonderful apartment is located in the heart of the city's historic center. The property is exterior and fully equipped, including one bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room, and a kitchen. We also provide amenities for young children (crib and high chair), as well as wifi and air conditioning/heating.The property is on the first floor and has a lift.
On the top floor, you can enjoy a solarium (access via elevator).This flat is located in a fully refurbished building with BREEAM certification for sustainable construction.
Access to the apartment:
Access to the flat is via the STAYMYWAY mobile app. Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards.
We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a phone number available from 20h to resolve any mishap that occurs in the flat. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations.
Deposit:
You will have to leave a deposit of 300€ as a security deposit which will be returned within 72 hours after the flat has been cleaned and checked.
