This semi-detached duplex house in the Holiday Village Le Rouret offers a generously proportioned outdoor area alongside a two-bedroom layout that gives families room to move, gather, and relax without anyone getting in each other's way.

The house is arranged across two levels. The ground floor has a living area with a daybed and pull-out bed, a shower room with toilet, and an open-plan kitchenette - everything laid out for easy family living. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a toilet, keeping the group comfortable and well spread out. A TV, fan, and free Wi-Fi are included throughout. The spacious private terrace is where summer mornings and evening meals naturally unfold. Free parking is available on-site.

Shared village facilities give the stay genuine breadth. A water park with a wild river and paddling pool runs all season, and outdoor pools are open in July and August. Children's and teen clubs are free during French school holidays, and beach volleyball, fitness sessions, table tennis, pétanque, a multi-sports area, skate park, and play area are all available at no extra cost. Archery, bowling, horse riding, mini golf, padel, and tennis are bookable as paid activities. Le Boissy restaurant and a snack bar are on-site for dining out.
