Only 5 minutes from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, the apartment makes an ideal base for family or friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

The open-plan living space is full of light, with modern décor and glass doors that lead out onto a shaded terrace. Guests can enjoy dinners al fresco in the private garden. Back inside, the seating area has a sofa and flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine, with a dining table for 4.

The shared outside space is well laid out. Next to the swimming pool guests will find sunbeds where they can relax after a refreshing dip. There is also a small children’s play area.

Location
The residence is on the edge of the picturesque village of Brzac, on the island of Krk. It is less than 10 minutes from beautiful beaches and is a popular holiday destination with plenty to do. The famous seaside monastery and port at Glavotok are only 5 minutes away.

If you can tear yourself away from the beach and want a more active holiday, then sailing, diving, water-skiing, wind-surfing, tennis, hiking and much more, are all within easy reach of the apartment.

The town of Krk (20 mins) makes a fascinating day out. The ancient port, with its narrow cobbled streets, has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering, the market is worth a trip, to pick up the freshest local produce to prepare and enjoy back home. If you do not feel like cooking there are many excellent restaurants and cafés, serving regional food and fresh fish.

Rijeka International Airport is just 30 minutes away.
