You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and a vanity for getting ready for a night on the town. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV. The third has a bunk bed along with a twin. There are two full baths in the hallway that would be shared with the three bedrooms. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping accommodations and has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need for those night you choose to cook at home. The living room and breakfast bar has plenty of seating for everyone to spend time together over a meal. The unit also features a washer/dryer and internet.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. The Capri is an elevator building.
* Indoor pool, game room, sauna and fitness room opened year round
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Storage unit in parking area provided for guest use.
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
