The apartment was clean, the views were nice, the host can be slightly aggressive at times. The energy saver switch can be annoying sometimes, they probably should pre warn in the listing about it. Kitchen and laundry area can get super warm because of a open passage. Very very strict guest policy with uncharges for additional guests after 2 guests. I stay in many VRBO’s this is one I would pass on returning to.

This property was overall amazing and was in an excellent location. Me and my buddy Derrick stayed from 8/22/26 - 8/27/26. This property was spick and span clean and had a lovely view of both the ocean and the bay. The property was quiet and the strict on-site front desk team keeps this property secure and makes guests and residents feel safe. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking and preparing your own meals if necessary. Please be advised that if you are looking to have additional guests, this is not the place for you to stay. There is no circumventing the process, so you heard it here first. I would definitely recommend this place for couples, who are seeking to stay in a clean, safe, and wonderfully located property. The pool was nice as well and most of the time you will feel like it's your own private pool as it's typically empty. BTW, the beach it right across the street if you are interested in enjoying the salt water and sand. This property only had two cons which weren't major issues. First, the water temperature can be sporadic while taking a shower. Secondly, you might see a few micro insects (smaller than ants) on the countertop, but the building does frequently exterminate. Overall, I really enjoyed this property and would bring my girlfriend back as she would find it amazing.
