Why they chose this property
Tetney is an affluent village just south of Grimsby and Cleethorpes. The convenience of both towns is within easy distance but the village is so peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle. We are also very conveniently placed between the Lincolnshire Wolds and the East Coast fantastic sandy beaches. We have a friendly local pub serving food, a fish & chip, pizza takeaway, and an oriental takeaway /restaurant. So plenty of choice for venturing out locally.
What makes this property unique
It feels like you’re out in the country at the back while being in the centre of a village at the front with a Spar convenience store across the road.
There’s lots of parking for more than one or even larger vehicles here.
It’s very relaxing and quiet, and in hot weather it’s always cool inside the bungalow. In cold weather it’s very cosy. I love Simla, it has a nice vibe!
