Route 406 — to Kingston from Bradford Drive bus stop, and to Epsom High Street from Stoneleigh Park Road bus stop.
Buses typically run every 20–30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.

-Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.
-No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.
-Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
-This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
-Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
