About this property
Secluded and private in Grimsby, Ontario winery region
A beautiful spot with georgous sunrises & sunsets panorama. It is a 77 acres farm in a dead end short street. A large fish pond. In the summer with cascading water fall, the winter it is air bubbles, to keep the ice away. The house is fully equipped, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, a expresso cafe maker, a Tassimo cappucino, latte, expresso coffee, tea & hot chocolate. 4 slices toaster, microwave dishwasher. Heating & air condition with geothermo throughout the whole house. The large kitchen has a wood stove to keep one cosy in the worst winter days, the floor is also heated. The living room has large windows, so one can observe the different colour birds coming to eat. A TV with Bell cable, Amplifier, DVD player.
The large main bedroom also with lots of windows, so you can leave the blinds up & watch the stars & full moon from your king size bed. Then up 6 steps we have 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, the next has 2 single beds, the next bedroom has a single build-in bed with 2 large storage drawers. On that level there is a front loader washer & dryer. You can use the printer at the desk, we have WiFi.
The village is 7 minutes by car, has most of the stores you could need, gas station, restaurant, fast food, pizza, bar, dollar store, Giant tiger, Royal bank, CIBC, license office, Foodland food store, wine, beer stores, accountant, lawyer, dentist, nail shop, hairdresser, garages, post office, physiotherapy, pharmacy, churches, office supplies & fax service, library + too many to mention.

We are located at 1/2 hour to Niagara Falls, & the US border, 40 minutes to Niagara-on-The-Lake. 45 minutes to Toronto. We would be happy to welcome you & yours, & make it a special time for you.
What makes this property unique
We love this location. We feel as if we breathe & look at our surrounding in a different light. It is truly one of a kind property. We feel very privilege to live here. When we come home from work, it feels as we are going on holiday to a peaceful place. Great place for the kids to run around, observe the frogs, turtles, look at birds & rabbits from panoramic windows. Super bike trails in the area, my husband does fundraisers going on bike trails from here to Niagara Falls, or towards Toronto. Lots of bike clubs in the area. We are down the hill to the waterfront, of Beamsville or Grimsby. Also available horseback riding.
