It is a very private property, dead end to St Ann's, with georgous sunsets, surrounded by wildlife, rabbits, birds of all colors, deers, wild turkeys, foxes. We have a great fish pond, very interesting to watch. Among all vineyards & wonderful restaurants. Close to the serviceful village of Smithville, Ontario. 7 minutes by car. With liquor & beer stores, Tim Hortons, Dentists, churches, large grocery store, dollarstore, gas station, community centre, mechanic garage, restaurant, lawyers, insurance, banks, provincial licenses office, pharmacies, just to name a few. We are located at 1/2 hour to Niagara Falls, & the US border, 40 minutes to Niagara-on-The-Lake. 45 minutes to Toronto. We would be happy to welcome you & yours, & make it a special time for you.

What makes this property unique

We love this location. We feel as if we breathe & look at our surrounding in a different light. It is truly one of a kind property. We feel very privilege to live here. When we come home from work, it feels as we are going on holiday to a peaceful place. Great place for the kids to run around, observe the frogs, turtles, look at birds & rabbits from panoramic windows. Super bike trails in the area, my husband does fundraisers going on bike trails from here to Niagara Falls, or towards Toronto. Lots of bike clubs in the area. We are down the hill to the waterfront, of Beamsville or Grimsby. Also available horseback riding.
