Cabin is brand new very clean and very well taken care of. Dan was great to deal with and very accommodating. I cant imagine how anyone can complain about this rental. I will be renting again! Thank you!
A very nice and very cozy cabin. The property manager was responsive and willing to be flexible, which was very nice. The region around the cabin is beautiful. All in all, an awesome stay!
What an awesome “tiny” home -- comfortably situated in the countryside with cows as neighbors! Peaceful watching them graze from the 2 Adirondack chairs in the back yard. Full size fridge and stove for those that like to prepare their own meals. Otherwise, Constableville is a hop skip and jump away. Boonville is close by too. Freddy’s (the former Ted’s) is open 7 days a week and the Boonville Hotel serves all day! For a bit more adventurous, Kayuta Drive in is just up the road on Rte 12, featuring food and great ice cream too. Boonville has the Black River Canal Museum, asks for donations as an entrance fee. Erwin Library is something to see, great old building. We traveled to Utica, where you can take the Adirondack Scenic train to Old Forge and beyond, travels to Tupper Lake is expected later this fall or early Spring 2023. We did the layover in Thendara (Old Forge) Saranac Brewerly (formerly Utica Club) is also located in Utica near the train station. A trip to Rome via 26 took us by the “Milkplant” for an awesome lunch in West Leyden, then traveled to the National Monument of Fort Stanwix; free. Learned something more about the local context with native Americans. Some great old buildings and churches to explore were nearby. And if car travels are in your adventure, going to Speculator or beyond takes you through the Adirondack Park. Dan was great as a host and responsive to any questions you may have. Remember though, it’s a small house, and loft bedroom access is via a ladder stair! It could prove challenging for some! Other than that, it is in the country and a great change of pace! The visit was very much what we sought.
Wonderful, location in the Tug Hill region. Lovely tiny house with all the amenities. Internet connection was spotty, but watching the near buy cows was better entertainment anyways ;). Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at the Tiny Cabin for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier with the experience.
Dan is quick to respond and provide information
The cabin was clean and well organized
The grounds were well kept
There were even some bonuses not listed, like a window AC and supplied firewood.
Definitely a great place to get away
The entire experience was seamless and relaxing. Communication with Dan was prompt and friendly and the tiny cabin with the backyard fire pit was cozy, welcoming and overall accommodating. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing getaway that I would highly recommend.
Dan was amazing as an owner! The property looked just as advertised and he replied to all of my questions. Check in was super easy (and contactless due to COVID). The cabin was outstanding and very clean! The cabin also has air conditioning which Dan should add to the listing! We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be renting this cabin again!
Very neat and tidy and comfortable cabin with mod cons in a quiet location. Short drive to some beautiful hiking. Dan was helpful and we had no issues with anything. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights.
This tiny home cabin is relatively new and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked as advertised, including a microwave.
The only drawback we found was the location- the cabin is right off a main road. This wouldn’t be an issue in the winter, but when sitting on the porch, enjoying the summer weather, there wasn’t any privacy from drivers passing by.
absolutely loved the tiny cabin! perfect for 2, not far from food and entertainment!!

Great Cabin For Any Season
Great little cabin, Has everything you would need for a fun filled weekend (charcoal bbq, outdoor seating, all the kitchen essentials, towels and linens. We rented it for the ATV trails in Lewis county. Plenty of parking and everything was clean and cozy inside. From the full bathroom to the comfortable sleeping arrangements, will definitely be renting again. Owner was super accommodating to anything we needed! Perfect little cabin for 2.

Great place for snowmobilers
Great place for snowmobilers — easy access to Tug Hill trails. Cabin was small but had all the amenities—except soap for the shower and shampoo. Also, cabin uses sulphur water, so be sure to bring water bottles for drinking
