On the ground level, you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. A triple bedroom with a mezzanine featuring a double and single bed enjoys sea views and direct pool access, as does a double bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. A third double bedroom overlooks a serene, wind-protected internal courtyard. On the upper level, the master double bedroom is a true sanctuary, complete with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace offering spectacular panoramic sea views. The lower level houses two additional bedrooms — a double and a triple — each with independent entrances, en-suite shower rooms and sea views. All bedrooms are finished to hotel standard with premium mattresses and high-quality amenities.

The spacious main living area, with its TV and stereo system, opens directly onto the garden and pool, creating a natural flow between indoor comfort and outdoor beauty. The fully equipped main kitchen features a generous dining table for 12 guests, while a second fully equipped kitchen with a bar area is available on the lower level. Outside, a magnificent 14-metre pergola with electric shades shelters a sculptured marble dining table for 14 guests — the perfect setting for long, memorable lunches and dinners. Multiple relaxation spots are scattered around the pool and within the sheltered inner courtyard, ensuring there is always a perfect corner to unwind at any time of day.

Entertainment & Wellness
The villa is exceptionally well equipped for entertainment and relaxation. A dedicated indoor home cinema room is perfect for evening movie nights, while the game and gym room features a treadmill, rowing machine, mat and weights for those wishing to stay active. The stunning infinity pool measuring 17.5 x 5 metres uses UV and active O² purification for crystal-clear water, and is surrounded by sunbeds and two comfortable lounge areas. An outdoor shower and changing room with WC add further convenience, and a laundry room is also available on the lower level.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please use the provided ashtrays, as dry vegetation increases the risk of fire, especially in summer.

Toilets: Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, nappies, or any other items. Use the waste bins provided.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.

Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.

Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.

Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
