New villa in a private domain of 10Ha, bordering the sandy beach of Palombaggia and therefore with private access (about 2 minutes on foot). The property consists of a remarkable wooded part (centenary pine forest, oak grove) and a large meadow.
You will find there a vast space of unspoiled nature, calm and tranquility. You will also be in the heart of the marvelous palombaggia site, which combines the purest blue of its seabed and sky, with the most surprising greens of its century-old pine forests. This fully air-conditioned villa has a master suite with a 180cm bed and its bathroom, another bedroom with a 180cm bed and its bathroom, finally a third bedroom with two 90cm beds, as well as a shower room. .
The living room and the two bedrooms facing south, as well as the two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) have a very beautiful view of the sea, the Cerbical Islands and Sardinia.
The terrace facing the sea is made up of a dining set, 6 sun loungers, as well as a sofa with coffee table.

Beautiful sea view home in tranquil setting

Gabrielle was an amazing host, always available to answer questions and solved any little issue we had immediately. The home is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We really loved the design and comfort of the house, as well as the outdoor areas. The pool is one of the nicest we have ever had in all rentals we have had over the years. The property is very private and tranquil. It was so nice to have the view of the beautiful beach and also the field looking out to the ocean. I loved watching her horses graze and play in the field in front of the house. Palombaggia beach is definitely a great area to be in. The beaches are stunning. And so lucky to be able to walk to the beach from the house! All said, we loved this house and Gabrielle and would definitely return again! Merci Gabrielle pour un très bon vacances!

Séjour parfait

La maison est très jolie et très fonctionnelle. La vue sur la plage est vraiment agréable lors des repas, l’accès à Palombaggia est réellement à 5 min à pied. La maison est entourée de forêt et des champs permettant aux chevaux de la propriétaire de courir. Les chevaux viennent nous dire bonjour quand on les rencontre et ils sont vraiment gentils. Pour finir la propriétaire est d’une tres grande gentillesse . Il faut environ 20 min en voiture pour rejoindre Porto-Vecchio et 40 pour rejoindre bonifacio.

Très belle adresse

Une très bonne adresse !!! Une belle maison, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, 2 piscines, la mer est à à 10 min à pieds, les restaurants sympas, la supérette... tout est à côté. La propriétaire de la maison est adorable. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve !!!! Et nous reviendrons certainement.

Un petit coin de paradis

La villa est tout simplement splendide, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très propre. Le calme, la vue, tout est parfait pour un séjour agréable et reposant. Elle est également bien située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de Palombaggia. Nous y avons séjourné en famille une semaine fin juin et aurions volontiers prolongé nos vacances tellement tout était super ! Et la propriétaire est vraiment adorable, très serviable mais discrète et très gentille. Nous y retournerions les yeux fermés.

La piscine intérieure (ultra sécurisée) a enchanté mes jeunes enfants qui y auraient passé leurs journées (la température de l'eau avoisinait les 30°c). La propriétaire des lieux est une personne des plus charmantes et très disponible, soucieuse que les vacanciers que nous étions ne manquent de rien. De plus, les équipements de qualité et la propreté irréprochable des lieux ne gâchent rien!!! En bref, cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner en toute quiétude au plus près d'une des plus belles plages de l'ile!!!

Un vrai petit coin de paradis!

Un havre de paix. Si la propriétaire n était pas si adorable, on le garderait secret, rien que pour soi!décoration soignée, équipements de qualité, pièces spacieuses, propriétaire attentionnée et cadre calme préservé et paradisiaque.
