Nice facility, great kitchen and appliances, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Getting the correct door code was a little problematic, but the Hosteeva phone contact was helpful and patient.
Suggestion: it would be useful if there were instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer/dishwasher, altho we managed to figure this out after several tries. Same with the shower. Nice fixtures, but a trifle complicated.
Another suggestion: given the 4pm check-in time and the 10am check-out time, it would be helpful to provide additional space to store luggage for visitors with airline reservations that arrive in the middle of the day. The lockers onsite underneath the stairs are a good idea, but they are insufficient for the number of visitors. Hosteeva was helpful in providing other locations for luggage storage, however.
Overall, I liked the location and amenities, and would recommend this VRBO to others. Thank you for making my trip to New Orleans comfortable and enjoyable.

Disappointment
The pictures sell great promise, but you will be disappointed in your stay. The best thing about this stay was the attentiveness of the staff on location. Poor Chandler was amazing and surely earned his pay. He was beyond helpful and quick with his responses. The pictures did not tell of the patched, but unaddressed holes in the walls, the stains in the carpets, and the horrendous status of the beds. The beds were a piecemeal of slats that creaked loud enough to prevent a good nights' sleep. Had we stayed in New Orleans longer than 3 days, we definitely would have found better arrangements for the duration of our stay. Watered down hand soap that didn't match it's container is nitpicky, but spoke to the rest of our experience inside this condo. Outside of the actual condo, the game room was a dungeon at best description. The photos absolutely did not represent what was there on sight. It felt like the classic "bait and switch" scenario. We as a family will absolutely not be booking with Hosteeva or any other company run VRBO in the future. We absolutely did not receive what was promised in the pictures online and the reviews must have been a plant or someone with obviously lower expectations for their money spent. Fool me once, shame on you!
The property wasn't bad. The check in/check out process was clear and concise. For the money spent, I was a bit disappointed that the master bedroom does not have a TV. The water pressure throughout the house is very low. Also the elevator was broken for 1 day, causing us to have to walk up and down several flights of stairs. The quiet times should also be mentioned in the advertisement as that plays a big part into this being a good or bad selection for some. It's located in the heart of everything so to expect guests to be quiet after 9pm on weekends is crazy.
