This upgraded unit is located in Outdoor Resorts of America (ORA) - Melbourne Beach's PREMIER mobile home park boasting of well-maintained units and pristine public facilities and spaces. This secure gated community of 550 upscale units spans from the Indian River to the Atlantic Ocean featuring a pool and community house overlooking the Indian River with fishing and observation pier with nightly "sunset viewing" parties and gatherings, Private boat launch and convenient kayak loading area. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU CONFIRM AVAILABILITY BY CORRESPONDING WITH ME THROUGH VRBO.

POOLS & TENNIS
ORA has 3 pools: 1 Pool & Clubhouse located on the Indian River, 1 pool and hot tub conveniently located in the middle of the park and 1 private pool and restrooms located right on the beach on the Atlantic side of the park. Approximately 6 tennis/pickle ball courts and shuffleboard.

CLUB HOUSES
Club Houses host activities, games, instructional and exercise classes along with social events with themed meals and festive parties. Inquire on the activity board upon arrival.

SHOPPING
Convenience Store located at park entrance with Publix only a few miles away. Resort is quiet and conveniently located to plentiful dining and shopping.

Absolutely great rental

Not only was the price amazing, it was very clean and perfect for us. Great location and the owners extremely responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely rent again in the future

We stayed for 2 weeks. Al was a great host. Very responsive when we had questions. The place was clean and the location was very nice. We enjoyed the porch area. We enjoyed walking down to the river and across the street to the ocean. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We would visit again!

Melbourne Beach Vacation

Great Location that is walk able between two wonderful bodies of water -the Indian river and Atlantic ocean! Plus 3 different pools to relax in! Unit is a comfortable space that has everything you need to cook your own food, but great restaurants are nearby. Relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Lovely clean comfortable everything you would need in rental. Kitchen well stocked with anything you would need plus more.The three pools are amazing and the property in the resort, well-maintained, beautiful landscaping and flowers.
