The location of the condo is convenient to every thing. The condo is decorated nicely and very quiet Access to the beach is easy and assigned parking ensures you have a parking spot whenever it is required.

Why they chose this property

Satellite Beach is a unique and small beach/surf town where everyone in the community has friendly and relaxed vibes. It is a lovely place to live and raise a family with beautiful beaches and local restaurants where everyone knows your name.

What makes this property unique

The large deck on the beach is amazing and closer to the ocean than most other beachside condos. Sea Villa is small and very laid back which is perfect for a peaceful stay on the beach.
