On an adjacent lot of land to the Beach House (VRBO #507807) is a NEW 2 Bedroom fully equipped walkout ground level unit on a property of 10 acres of land. This is truly a remarkable location and setting. The Rates quoted in the Rates section are for the rental of the Ground Level Unit of house only. If interested in renting the Upper Unit or the entire house go to VRBO #967506. The ground level unit can be rented the separately or with the Upper Unit of the entire house.

The ground level unit is complete with two bedrooms (each bedroom with a queen and single/twin bed for total of four beds), full bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room, washer dryer, appliances (including dishwasher) and satellite tv. Approximately 900 square feet of space.

It also comes with its own fine gravel patio that you can enjoy. It has beautiful views from within the unit or outside from your seating area under the coverage of the upper level deck or its very own fine walkway and gravel patio to enjoy. This is a unique property.

Enjoy Cape Breton Views & Privacy
Super clean property overlooking Bras D’or Lake. Quiet location with great views and access to Bras D’or lake. Hike, bike the back roads, enjoy the lake, or just stay at the house and relax.

Family visit to cape Breton
We are a family of 5 with 3 boys aged 7, 9&11. We stayed in the lower house. We had privacy eventhough the upper house was rented for half the time we were there. We barely noticed there was another family. There is a beach accessible from the property which our children enjoyed playing on and looked forward to getting home to go on the beach. Highland village is an excellent nearby attraction. We took several enjoyable day trips to Louisbourg and mabou among others. Kevin was a helpful and easily accessible host.
