Welcome to our charming little house, carefully renovated with an eco-friendly approach. The lime-washed walls and natural materials create a warm, healthy, and authentic atmosphere—ideal for a rejuvenating stay in Brittany.

The house can accommodate 5 people. It features an attic bedroom with a 160-cm bed and storage space, a second bedroom on the first floor with a 140-cm bed and a closet, as well as a small sleeping area with a single bed—perfect for a child.

The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a small, comfortable living room with a TV and Wi-Fi. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine.

Located along a departmental road, the house offers easy and quick access to explore the region and reach the beaches or the village in just a few minutes. At the back, the garden and wooden deck offer a quieter, more secluded space, with an unobstructed view of the countryside and a glimpse of the sea in the distance.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with electric roller shutters, ideal for enjoying a lie-in complete peace and quiet.

Parking is available in front of the house.

Just a 5-minute drive from the beaches, you’ll find shops, restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket nearby. Callot Island, accessible at low tide, along with numerous nearby walking trails, round out this ideal setting.
