One of the most important thing when I rent a home, is comfort and cleanliness. You are in luck, as this property has both! Newly remodeled and designed for luxury, this adorable beach house will leave your wanting for nothing. Two king beds with premium bedding will have you sleeping better than you do at home! Brand new chefs kitchen, fully stocked with everything you will need, and the perfect setting to relax and unwind in your home away from home. With three bedrooms, and two living rooms, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large kitchen and built in dining area, you and your guests can spread out and visit. If you dream of sunsets, you won't find any better than on this virtually private beach! Far enough away from the spring break hustle and bustle of the "tourist" beaches, but close enough to access all the fun! Stay just steps away from the beach(literally across the street), and have a view of the water from your living room window. This 3 bedroom house is decorated in coastal casual with the goal of comfort and relaxation in mind. Two bedrooms offer King sized beds with premium bedding, and the third bedroom has two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a large front porch (secured with a fence) that offers a fire pit and multiple seating options. Enjoy dining in a brand new chefs kitchen! You wont want to leave, but if you do there are many amazing restaurants and shops to enjoy nearby.

Great, fun place, would stay again

Inside was clean and comfortable. There was abundant seating and everything worked. Several extras not advertised were included and added. Owner communicated well and was cordial. We enjoyed our weekend getaway at this little treasure. We will look for it again next time.

Good stay. Had to move a lamp from living room area to first bedroom for night time reading, but the place was really nice. Outdoor areas were kinda old and stale but it was so hot we didn't venture out while at the lovely inside. Would definitely stay here again. Beach access was great! literally right across the street, and shopping and restaurants were close too.

Lovely place just steps away from the beach

Delightful time spent near the beach at this very thoughtfully maintained little house. Plenty of room for a group of 5, and all essentially provided including some beach chairs we used regularly. Good location literally footsteps away from the beach. The only slight annoyance was some construction on neighboring properties in the area, but that’s not something I would blame on the owners of our property. Overall a lovely time and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home only 1 block from the beach. The house was very clean & had everything we needed. We loved all the spaces, both indoors & out to relax & enjoy the warmth of the Florida sunshine.

Nice overall stay

Very nice home with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths. The main living space (kitchen, living room, sun room) has been updated and makes for a nice gathering area. Home has everything you need to be comfortable without having to run to the store for basic supplies. Be aware that there is a fair amount of street noise. It didn’t bother our sleep at all but it did make it difficult to converse in the outside patio spaces. We were never tempted to use the fire pit, etc. due to all the traffic. It should be noted that we visited during the spring break rush so perhaps the traffic isn’t typically so intense. Overall it was a nice stay. Beach was lovely!

Fantastic location!

This house is cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed including beach towels, a beach buggy, chairs etc. The space and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed time on the patio, too. The location is superb as it is right across from the beach access walkway. Beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

The home is right across the street from the path to beach (literally 100 ft away). The home was clean, organized and has plenty of amenitues needed by any visitor. Several common sitting areas to separate groups if needed. Truly a perfect beach house.

We were delighted. The property was very nice and we had a great stay. The property was very clean and well outfitted. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen which has fabulous new appliances. We entertained our out-of-town family that came to St. Pete for our son's law school graduation. We had a very nice time. The pictures on the website do not do the property justice.

Great location!

The inside of the house is great! Has a very comforatble set-up for lounging, relaxing and dining. The bedrooms are all good sizes as well, spacious kitchen and very nice baths. The house is very family friendly, we brought our 2 year old and they had plenty of games, toys and books. Everything you need for a day at the beach was available at the house too (chairs towels, coolers, etc) The location to the beach was perfect, right across the street was the entrance to it. The only issue was the street to cross is a very busy car traffic street that gets a lot traffic throughtout the day and night. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in this area.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Truthfully, the pictures do not do this house justice. When we arrived we are pleasantly surprised by the space and fine details of the house. It was clean and had so many imenities. The beds were so comfortable that I slept better than at home. We shared the space with another family and there was plenty of space to spread out. The Apple TV was able to link to my iTunes account to download movies for the kids. The beach is a very short walk across the street and was not crowded at all. We enjoyed several local destinations and the amazing kitchen let us cook at home after a busy day. I highly recomend this property!

Serenity Near The Sea

Pro's - Clean, decorated super cute (airy, beachy and fresh) easy beach access, relaxing living and dining spaces, comfortable beds, soft sheets and quality pillows, nice front patio with fire pit to converse at night, owners were easy to communicate with, heat and a/c worked well, kitchen well-equipped with all new appliances, good reading materials (books & magazines) and beach chairs provided. We will definitely return on our next visit to the area. Con's - The toilet in the Master Bathroom could use some adjustment in re to flushing, which is fixable. Small Children would need to be supervised carefully due to the house being located on a street with moderate traffic. Even though there is a steady stream of traffic along this boulevard, the road noise did not bother us for sleeping or hanging out inside or on the patio. The bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house from the road and were quiet and serene. Our visit was March 2nd-6th 2018.
