The living, dining and kitchen share one open room, so you can cook a real meal, eat at the table and unwind in front of the smart TV without the group splitting up. The in-unit washer means you can travel light and run a load mid-stay. The bedroom keeps its linens crisp and the bathroom has a bath with a rainfall shower over it, handy if you`re travelling with children.

Location
You`re on Finchley Road in NW3, on the edge of Swiss Cottage and South Hampstead, a leafy and practical part of north London with shops and cafés along the main road. The Tube gets you across the city quickly, and Hampstead Heath is close for walks and the swimming ponds.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat is on the upper floors above the shops on Finchley Road, so there are stairs and no lift. The kitchen, dining and living area share one open-plan room. There is no parking at the property; paid parking is off site nearby, so check local options if you`re driving. Check-in is contactless, with full instructions sent the day of arrival. The flat suits children and infants, but pets are not allowed.

Extra charges
Early check-in is available for £20 and late check-out for £20. Both are subject to availability and can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
