The apartment has an underground car park with a private parking space, there is also parking outside on the communal private access road. The apartment has private balcony access via patio doors at both the front and the rear of the property in all rooms. There is an elevator to all floors including the underground parking. Bedrooms are at the rear of the property giving privacy from the communal areas. The large lounge-diner and the kitchen are both situated at the front of the property overlooking the pool and the gardens .
